Ref: Our previous announcement on this matter dated 13[th] May, 2023.

With reference to the captioned subject, please note that the merger of GAPbuster Limited, UK and GAPbuster Europe Limited, UK with Sonata Europe Limited, UK, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Sonata Software Limited (the ‘Company’) has been completed.

Previously, in March 2020, the Company through Sonata Europe Limited, UK, had acquired 100% stake in GAPbuster Limited, UK (along with its subsidiaries), and the same was intimated to stock exchanges on 4[th] March, 2020.

The information is in furtherance to the previously submitted announcement dated 13[th] May, 2023 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023, as amended, is enclosed herewith as Annexure I.
