With reference to the captioned subject, please be notified that the merger of our step-down subsidiary Company i.e., Interactive Business Information Systems Inc., in the US with Sonata Software North America, Inc., wholly-owned subsidiary of Sonata Software Limited (the “Company”) has been completed.
The information required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 [th] September, 2015 are provided in the Annexure I attached to this letter.
