With reference to the captioned subject we hereby inform you that the Company has completed the acquisition of management control of Encore IT Services Solutions Private Limited under section 2(87)(i) of Companies Act, 2013. Company to acquire 100% shareholding interest in Encore IT Services Solutions Private Limited in due course as informed vide our letter dated 28[th] July, 2021.
The information required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 [th] September, 2015 were already submitted to your good office vide our above referred letter dated 28[th] July 2021.
