With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Sonata Software Limited (Sonata/Company), has signed definitive agreement with the Shareholders of Encore IT Services Solutions Private Limited, a Chennai based Company (hereinafter referred to as "Encore") on 28 July, 2021 to acquire 100% stake in Encore. The detailed information relating to this acquisition is provided in Annexure I, enclosed herewith.

The information required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015.
