REF: REGULATION 29(2) OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 – INTIMATION OF PROPOSAL TO CONSIDER ISSUE OF BONUS SHARES.

Please refer our letter dated 17[th] October, 2023, intimating that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled on Wednesday, 25[th] October, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve standalone as well as consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30[th] September, 2023.

We further wish to intimate that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) & (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company may consider proposal for Issue of Bonus Shares in the aforesaid Board Meeting.
