Sub: Intimation of Incorporation of Wholly owned subsidiary in Malaysia
With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Sonata Software Malaysia SDN. BHD. (hereinafter referred to as “ Sonata Malaysia ”) has been incorporated in Malaysia as a Wholly owned subsidiary of Sonata Software Limited (hereinafter referred to as “ Company ”) with effect from 13[th] June, 2023, to provide end‐to‐end solutions to Information Technology Services.
The paid-up share capital of Sonata Malaysia is MYR 10,000 (10,000 equity shares of MYR 1 each) for which no government/ regulatory approval is required. The Company holds 100% shareholding of Sonata Malaysia. The initial subscription in Sonata Malaysia by the Company does not fall under the purview of Related Party transaction and the promoter/ promoter group/ group companies do not have any interest in Sonata Malaysia.
The newly incorporated entity to commence operations soon.
