Dear Sirs,

Sub: Intimation of grant of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2013

This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company on 29[th] May, 2020 has approved grant of 60,000 stock options through Trust, to Key Managerial Person of the Company as per contract, under the Sonata Employee Stock Option Plan 2013 at an exercise price of Rs. 206.05 per option. As per the said Plan, each of the stock option entitles the holder to apply for one fully paid up Equity Share of the Company of Re.1/- each.

Vesting Period will be over a period of 3 years in equal proportions. The stock options are exercisable from the date on which option vests until the employee is in the employment with the Company, and other Terms will be, as per the Plan administered through Sonata Employee Stock Option Plan, 2013 and upon exercise of stock options, Share will be allotted by the Trust.
