With reference to above cited regulation, Mr. Balaji Kumar is appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Sonata Software Limited (the ‘Company’) with effect from 14[th] March, 2026, responsible for People and Talent function globally. He will be based out of the Company’s Corporate Office at Bengaluru, India.
