Mr. Rajsekhar Datta Roy (Raj) : He brings over three decades of extensive experience in scaling practices, leading delivery groups for global clients. He has played a pivotal role in expanding Sonata Software’s Dynamics and Microsoft practices into some of the largest industry-focused offerings worldwide, spearheading strategy, delivery, and go-to-market initiatives. He has handled key delivery portfolios including product engineering, enterprise systems deployment and leading large digital transformation programs. Over the past year, Raj has been instrumental in guiding Sonata Software’s evolution into an AI-first organization. He has led efforts in advancing a Responsible AI approach and developing Sonata Harmoni.AI, a responsible-first AI solution for business process automation and technology modernization. Raj will be serving as the Chief Delivery Officer and a key member of Sonata Software’s executive leadership team. In this role, he is responsible for global delivery, operations and transforming to AI first delivery organization.

Mr. Suresh HP: Suresh has over 35+ years of experience in the IT industry. His extensive background includes leadership positions in companies such as Infosys, Motorola, and LTIMindtree. As Chief Operating Officer, Suresh is responsible for spearheading hiring, automation and IT infrastructure, data privacy, and information security. He has a wealth of experience in strategy, planning, delivery, budgeting, business operations. He is also passionate about setting up innovation hubs, business transforming, and leadership training. Suresh is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur.

Mr. Manu Swami: Manu Swami has over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise transformation, and global IT services, spanning industries such as financial services, technology, telecom, media, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. Over the last three-plus years as Head of Technology at Sonata Software, Manu has played a key role in diversifying the company’s offerings and in shaping Sonata’s Cloud, Data, and AI strategy, working closely with global technology partners and enterprise customers. As Chief Technology Officer of Sonata Software, Manu is responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology vision, with a strong emphasis on AI-first, platform-led innovation, strengthening engineering excellence and enabling scalable digital and AI-powered solutions to support Sonata’s growth objective.
