Pursuant to Regulation 29(2) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Sonata Software Limited (the “Company”) will be held on Thursday 1[st] February, 2024, inter-alia , to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31[st] December, 2023.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the aforesaid Regulations, the Company proposes to hold a conference call with the Analysts / Investors. The details of the call will be intimated separately.
