Pursuant to Regulation 29(2) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Sonata Software Limited (the “Company”) will be held on Monday, July 25, 2022, inter-alia to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30[th] June, 2022.
