With reference to the above, we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of Sonata Software Limited (the “Company”) at their meeting held today i.e. 29[th] April, 2022, have approved the appointment of Mr. Samir Dhir, CEO of the Company as Whole-time Director for a term of 4 years with effect from 9[th] May, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders and the Central Government as may be applicable.
