Pursuant to Regulations 29(1) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, “Regulations” notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 inter‐alia, to consider and declare a Second Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2019‐20.

Further, pursuant to Company’s Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons from Friday, February 21, 2020 until 48 hours after the declaration of Second Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2019‐20.
