REF: DISCLOSURE UNDER REGULATION 30 READ WITH PARA A OF PART A OF SCHEDULE lll OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015

With reference to the above, we wish to inform you that based on the approval and recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board at its meeting held on 30[th] October, 2019, has approved re-appointment of Mr. P Srikar Reddy as Managing Director and CEO for a further term of three years with effect from 14[th] February, 2020.

The said re-appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next general meeting and all other concerned statutory, regulatory and other authorities, if and to the extent applicable.

Mr. P Srikar Reddy is not related to any of the Directors of the Company.
