The undersigned being the Authorized officer of Bank of India, under the securitization and reconstruction of financial assets and Enforcement of Security interest act 2002 and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13 (2) read with rule 8 of the security interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002,issued a demand notice dated 16.03.2022 calling upon Mr.Anmol Kadam with your wife Mrs. Seema Kadam to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being Rs11,12,903.21(Rupees Eleven Lakhs Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Three and Paise Twenty one Only) within 60 days of receipt of said notice.
