Sub: Date of Annual General Meeting and Book Closure

With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the 26[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means on Monday, August 16, 2021.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members of the Company will be closed from August 10, 2021 to August 16, 2021 (both dates inclusive) for the purpose of Twenty Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company and to determine the members eligible to receive dividend.

If the dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be as under:

• a. In respect of shares held in electronic form, the dividend will be payable to the beneficial owners as at close of business hours on August 9, 2021 as per details furnished by the Depositories for this purpose.

• b. To all Members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as at close of business hours on August 9, 2021.
