COMMERCIAL REGISTRY OF SHARE CAPITAL REDUCTION

Pursuant to the applicable purposes, we hereby announce that, on the present date, was registered at the Commercial Registry Office, the reduction of the share capital of Sonae Indústria, SGPS, SA from 812,107,574.17 Euros to 253,319,797.26 Euros, to cover losses, without change of the existent number of shares and consequent amendment of number 1 of article 5th of the articles of association.

Thereby, the share capital of Sonae Indústria is currently of 253,319,797.26 Euros, represented by 11 350 757 417 ordinary, registered and nominative shares, without nominal value.
