Pursuant to the applicable legal requirements, Sonae Indústria SGPS, SA ("Sonae Indústria") hereby announces that, on the present date, the amendment of number 2 of article five of the articles of association of Sonae Indústria was registered at the Commercial Registry Office, and consequently its share capital is now represented by 45 403 029 ordinary, registered and nominative shares, without nominal value.
The reverse stock split process will occur within the terms and in the conditions announced to the market in the past 13 of July.
