Sonae - SGPS, SA hereby announces that, its subsidiary Sonae MC SGPS, SA (Sonae MC) concluded the sale and leaseback transaction of 4 food retail assets located in Portugal. Following this operation, which totalled 34 million euros, Sonae MC's freehold ownership is 41%.
