Sonae hereby informs that it has acquired LOSAN, a company based in Spain with strong international presence specialised in kidswear wholesale, but also with man and woman collections.

LOSAN has been operating in the wholesale market for 30 years and recorded in 2014 revenues of 58.5 million euros. Losan sells currently in over 40 countries, having a particularly strong presence in Southern Europe and a successful and emerging expansion into core Latin American markets. This acquisition will allow Sonae SR to strenghten its wholesale and supply chain competencies.

The acquisition of LOSAN fits within two core pillars of Sonae' strategic priorities namely the development of its core competencies and its international expansion.
