MINUTES OF THE 2019 EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The Extraordinary General Meeting of 3 December 2019, held at the Company's head office in Cluses, France, has adopted all the resolutions submitted for its approval.

It has therefore approved several bylaws amendments relating to the option of, and procedures for, appointing employee representatives to the Supervisory Board, the alignment of the bylaws with the laws of 22 May 2019 (the Pacte law) and 19 July 2019 (the Soilihi law), and the ability of the Supervisory Board to take certain decisions by means of written consultation.
