SOMEC: CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS 2026

San Vendemiano (Treviso, Italy), December 17, 2025 – Somec S.p.A. (Euronext Milan: SOM), a company specialising in the engineering, production and commissioning of complex turnkey projects in the civil and naval engineering sector, hereby announces the calendar of corporate events for the fiscal year 2026, in compliance with disclosure requirements.

Wednesday, 25 March 2026	Board of Directors for the approval of the Draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements at 31 December 2025 (*)
Thursday, 30 April 2026	Annual Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements at 31 December 2025
Wednesday, 16 September 2026	Board of Directors for the approval of the interim consolidated financial report as at 30 June 2026 (*)

Any changes to the above dates will be quickly communicated.

(*) The conference calls related to the presentation of the consolidated financial results will be held either on the same day or on the day following the approval by the Board of Directors. The details regarding each conference call will be communicated in due time.
