SOMEC: CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS 2025
San Vendemiano (Treviso, Italy), December 18, 2024 – Somec S.p.A. (Euronext Milan: SOM), a company specialising in the engineering, production and commissioning of complex turnkey projects in the civil and naval engineering sector, hereby announces the calendar of corporate events for the fiscal year 2025, in compliance with disclosure requirements.

| Tuesday, 29 April 2025 | Annual Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements at 31 December 2024 |
| Thursday, 15 May 2025 | Publication of unaudited management figures relating to consolidated revenues at 31 March 2025 |
| Thursday, 25 September 2025 | Board of Directors for the approval of the interim consolidated financial report as at 30 June 2025 (*) |
| Monday, 17 November 2025 | Publication of unaudited management figures relating to consolidated revenues at 30 September 2025 |
Any changes to the above dates will be quickly communicated.
(*) The conference calls related to the presentation of the consolidated financial results will be held either on the same day or on the day following the approval by the Board of Directors. The details regarding each conference call will be communicated in due time.
