SOMEC: AGREEMENTS CONFIRMED FOR OVER 57 MILLION EURO IN NAVAL GLAZING BUSINESS

San Vendemiano (Treviso), 17 July 2025 - Somec S.p.A. (Euronext Milan: SOM), specialising in the design, production and installation of complex turnkey civil and naval projects, has announced that it has updated commercial agreements worth over €57 million for its Horizons, Engineered Systems for Naval Architecture and Building Façades business unit.

The contracts expand on the agreements already signed with a leading Finnish shipyard and announced to the market on 20 December 2024 and 31 January 2025. Specifically, one of the previously agreed options has been converted into a firm order, a new vessel has been added, and another option has been confirmed. The agreement now covers a total of three cruise ships.

The agreements include the turnkey supply of the balcony systems, the new motorised vertical opening system developed for Infinity Cabins, as well as the windows and glazing for the upper decks at the bow. Delivery is scheduled for 2028-2030, with an expected economic impact between 2026 and 2030.
