SOMEC S.P.A.: UNAUDITED CONSOLIDATED REVENUE FIGURES AT 30 SEPTEMBER 2025 APPROVED

REVENUES AT 271 MILLION EURO IN THE FIRST NINE MONTHS OF 2025 UP 1.3% AT CONSTANT FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATES

San Vendemiano (Treviso), November 17, 2025 – The Board of Directors of Somec S.p.A. (Euronext Milan: SOM), specialising in the engineering, production and deployment of complex turnkey projects in the civil and naval engineering sector, met today chaired by Oscar Marchetto, to review and approve the unaudited management figures related to consolidated revenues as of September 30, 2025.

In the first nine months of 2025, the Somec Group recorded revenues of 271.1 million euros, an increase of 1.3% at constant foreign exchange rates, +0,4% compared to the 270 million euros as at 30 September 2024, supported by the excellent performance of the Mestieri division, which rose by 17.1% compared to the previous period.

Despite some operational delays and a different mix of progress across the naval, civil, and interior sectors, the overall performance remains positive, further supported by strong long-term visibility ensured by a robust and well-distributed project pipeline across the Group's key markets.

Oscar Marchetto, Chairman of Somec, stated: "The results for the first nine months and the quarter confirm the resilience of our business model and the consistency of the strategy we are pursuing. The integration of activities among the Group's three divisions and the operational discipline with which the individual companies are working, are evident in the performance and in the growing quality of the projects that are enriching our backlog. The momentum in the naval sector, which is set to continue in the coming years, and the strong demand in the vertical markets where we operate, allow us to look forward to the end of the financial year with confidence – aiming for the continuous improvement of the main financial indicators – and to plan for development in the coming years."

The HORIZONS division - engineered systems of naval architecture and building façades – showed a performance influenced by differing timelines in project progress, with some results deferred to the current quarter, in line with expectations for the period. Revenues amounted to 160.4 million euros (down 6.2% compared to the first nine months of 2024), with a particularly significant contribution from refitting activities. These activities, marked by higher margins and a consistently growing trend also seen in 2025, represent an increasingly significant part of the backlog.

Revenues from the TALENTA division - professional kitchen systems and products – reached 42.5 million euros as at 30 September 2025, up 4.2% compared to the same period of the previous year. This result was further strengthened by the synergies developed between the various sectors of the division, enabling strong and widespread performance across all segments of activity.

The activities of the division MESTIERI - design and production of bespoke interiors, recorded a strong growth of 17.1%, with revenues reaching 68.2 million euros, supported by the significant contribution from the naval interior business and by favourable progress on projects in the high-end hospitality, retail, and residential sectors.
