SOMEC S.P.A.: UNAUDITED CONSOLIDATED REVENUES AT 31 MARCH 2025 APPROVED

REVENUES UP 9.8% TO €96.1 MILLION IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2025. STRONG CONTRIBUTION FROM MESTIERI DIVISION,+53.4%

San Vendemiano (Treviso), May 15, 2025 – The Board of Directors of Somec S.p.A. (Euronext Milan: SOM), specialising in the design, production and installation of complex turnkey civil and naval projects, met today under the chairmanship of Oscar Marchetto to review and approve the unaudited consolidated revenue figures as of March 31, 2025.

In the first quarter 2025, the Somec Group reported revenues of 96.1 million Euro, with a 9.8% increase compared to the same period last year. Notably, Mestieri division dedicated to design and production of bespoke interiors, delivered a significant 53.4% revenue growth.

Oscar Marchetto, Chairman of the Somec Group, commented: "The nearly 10% increase in the Group's revenues in the first quarter, and particularly the growth of Mestieri division by more than 50%, gives us great satisfaction and confirms the soundness of the strategic choices made in recent years. We have always believed in the strength of a Group structured into three divisions, each with unique and distinctive expertise, capable of navigating the complex challenges of our times. We have consistently pursued a strategy of product, market, and currency diversification, which is now yielding tangible results. We will continue to work with determination throughout 2025 to improve profitability, aiming to continue the positive momentum initiated last year."

Revenues by division

In the first quarter of 2025, Horizons division recorded stable revenues of 56.5 million Euro (-0.8% compared to the same period in 2024), confirming the resilience of the order backlog and the continuity of operations in both the civil and naval sectors, supported by a welldistributed project pipeline across its core markets.

Talenta closed the quarter with revenues of 12.8 million Euro, reflecting a slight decrease (- 2.4%) compared to the previous fiscal year, in line with quarterly expectations.

Mestieri division delivered a significant growth, with revenues up 53.4% to 26.8 million Euro compared to the first quarter of 2024. This remarkable result was driven by the strong performance of projects in both Europe and the United States. The division continues to stand out for its ability to enhance Italian manufacturing excellence and artisanal know-how in projects characterized by high technical and aesthetic value.
