SOMEC: PUBLICATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING AND THE UPDATED COMPANY BYLAWS

San Vendemiano (Treviso), 26 November 2024 – Somec S.p.A. (Euronext Milan: SOM), specialising in the design, production and installation of complex turnkey civil and naval projects, hereby informs that the following documents have been made available to the public today at the Company's registered office, on the storage platform () as well as on the Company's website as specified below:

• the minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 7 November 2024 (www.somecgruppo.com, Investors / Shareholders Meetings section);
• the updated Company Bylaws approved by the aforementioned Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting (www.somecgruppo.com, Governance / Corporate Governance section).
