স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী অমিত শাহের বিরুদ্ধে সাংসদ অভিষেক ব্যানার্জির দায়ের করা মানহানির মামলার শুনানি হবে চিফ মেট্রোপলিটন ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটের আদালতে। সোমবার, মামলাটি শুনানির জন্য ব্যাঙ্কশালের ওই আদালতে পাঠিয়ে দিয়েছে রাজ্যে সাংসদ ও বিধায়কদের জন্য গঠিত বিশেষ আদালত। বিধাননগরের এই বিশেষ আদালত গত শুক্রবার অমিত শাহকে সমন পাঠানোর নির্দেশ জারি করেছিল। তৃণমূল সাংসদের আইনজীবীদের বিচারক বলেছিলেন, সমন পাঠানোর জন্য অমিত শাহের ব্যক্তিগত ও স্থায়ী ঠিকানা আদালতে সোমবারের মধ্যে জমা দিতে। এদিন সেই ঠিকানা আদালতে জমা দেওয়া হয়। অভিষেক ব্যানার্জির আইনজীবী শুভজিৎ সাহা বলেন, 'অমিত শাহের ঠিকানা কলকাতা ও রাজ্যের বাইরে। বিধাননগরের বিশেষ আদালত 'ট্ৰায়াল কোৰ্ট'। তাই এই আদালত থেকে সেখানে সমন পাঠানো যায় না বলে এদিন আমাদেব

এবার পুরকর্মচারীদের হাজিরা নিয়ে কড়া পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছে কলকাতা পুরসভা। প্রতিটি দপ্তরের দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত আধিকারিকদের হাজিরা নিয়ে সচেতন করে সম্প্রতি বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করেছেন পর কর্তৃপক্ষ। পুরসভা সূত্রে জানা গেছে, করোনাকালে শহরের নাগরিক পরিষেবা সচল ও স্বাভাবিক রাখতে পুরসভা টানা কাজ করে গেছে। বিশেষ করে স্বাস্থ্য, নিকাশি এবং কঠিন ও বর্জ্য ব্যবস্থাপনা দপ্তেরের কর্মী ও অফিসাররা। ধীরে ধীরে পরিস্থিতি স্বাভাবিক হওয়ার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে অন্যান্য দপ্তরের কর্মীদের আনার জন্য গাড়ির ব্যবস্থা করা হয়। দূরবর্তী এলাকা থেকে যাঁরা পুরসভায় কাজে আসেন, তাঁদের জন্য থাকা, খাওয়ারও আয়োজন করে কলকাতা পুরসভা। এরপর সবকিছু স্বাভাবিক হলে কর্মীদের আগের মতো নিয়ম মেনে হাজিরার ওপর জোর দেওয়া হয়। এরপরও কর্মীদের ঢোকা−বেরনো নিয়ে বেনিয়ম নজরে আসে পুর প্রশাসনের। কর্মীদের হাজিরায় বেনিয়ম এড়াতেই এই বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করে পুরসভা। বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুযায়ী, হাজিরার সময়সীমা মান্য করতে
