Sub: Intimation regarding Closure of "Trading Window"
Dear Sirs.
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to SEBI's (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the "Trading Window" for dealing/trading in securities of the Company by insiders, closed from today i.e. 1st October, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2019.
Accordingly all Officers and Designated Persons (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of "Trading Window".
