In continuation with our earlier mail dated 13[th] November, 2025 regarding Postal Ballot Notice dated 5[th] November, 2025, we hereby inform you that that certain details regarding the Date of Birth and Age of the Director seeking appointment were inadvertently omitted in Annexure A – Brief Profile of Director Seeking Appointment, pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standard–2 on General Meetings (SS–2).

We also would like to inform you that we have sent this Modification to all shareholders whose email addresses are available with Depository and Registrar & Transfer Agent through mail.

We further wish to inform you that this Additional information shall be read and taken as part of the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 05, 2025.

ADDENDUM TO POSTAL BALLOT NOTICE

We draw the attention of all the Shareholders of Soma Textiles & Industries Limited (“the Company”) towards the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 05, 2025 and the explanatory statement thereto (the “Postal Ballot Notice”) seeking approval of members of the Company on certain agenda items. The Postal Ballot Notice has already been sent to all the members of the Company on November 13, 2025 in due compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (the “Act”) and rules made thereunder and other applicable laws and regulations.

It has been observed that certain details regarding the Date of Birth and Age of the Director seeking appointment were inadvertently omitted in Annexure A – Brief Profile of Director Seeking Appointment, pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standard–2 on General Meetings (SS–2).

Accordingly, the following Additional information shall be read and taken as part of the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 05, 2025.
