Re: Solvbl Solutions Inc. (the “Corporation”) – long form non-offering final prospectus dated February 10, 2021 (the “Final Prospectus”)

In connection with the filing of the Final Prospectus and pursuant to subsections 9.2(a)(xii) and 9.2(a)(xii.1) of National Instrument 41-101 – General Prospectus Requirements , the Corporation undertakes to file a final copy of the:

• (a) National Policy 46-201 escrow agreement between the Corporation, TSX Trust Company, as escrow agent, and various shareholders of the Corporation (the “ NP 46-201 Escrow Agreement ”) referred to in the Prospectus; and

• (b) restrictive escrow agreement between the Corporation, TSX Trust Company, as escrow agent, and various shareholders of the Corporation (the “ Restrictive Escrow Agreement ”) referred to in the Prospectus,

promptly and, in any event, no later than seven days after the execution of the NP 46-201 Escrow Agreement and Restrictive Escrow Agreement, as applicable.
