On January 12, 2018 the number of direct voting rights held by BlackRock Inc. crossed downward the 3% statutory threshold. Including voting rights held through equivalent financial instruments, BlackRock Inc. remained above the 3% statutory threshold, however, detaining 4.69% of the existing voting rights emitted by Solvay S.A.
On January 15, 2018 the number of direct voting rights held by BlackRock Inc. crossed upward the 3% statutory threshold. Including voting rights held through equivalent financial instruments, BlackRock Inc. detains 4.69% of the existing voting rights emitted by Solvay S.A.
