BANCA UBAE, SCM SIM and FINANZA.TECH announce the finalisation of the Bank's acquisition of EUR 20 million in tax credits of the 110% Superbonus
Rome, 12/07/2022 - Banca UBAE S.p.A., Solutions Capital Management SIM S.p.A., Finanza.tech S.p.A. S.B. and its wholly-owned subsidiary FT Broker S.p.A., today signed the agreement to finalise the Bank's acquisition of tax credits arising from building works pursuant to Article 119 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 34 of 19 May 2020 (the so-called 110% Superbonus) for a total of EUR 20 million.
The EUR 20 million credit limit will be used as compensation by the Bank in equal annual instalments from 2022 to 2026.
The due-diligence process that validates credit frees up substantial resources that can be reinvested in the real economy.

SCM SIM, a stock brokerage company authorised to manage portfolios, and offer investment advice and placement services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, acted as the project's arranger.
Finanza.tech is a company listed on the Borsa Italiana's Euronext Growth Milan market. It consists of experienced financial advisors and operators specialising in offering subsidised, ordinary and structured finance services. During the acquisition project, thanks to the proprietary digital platform, it took care of scouting, technical and IT support, anti-fraud and financial analyses, also through its wholly-owned subsidiary FT Broker, registered no. M410 in the List of Credit Brokers with the OAM.
