Interim Result Update

Solution Dynamics (SDL or Company) advises that it expects to report first half FY2022 net profit after tax of around $2.0 million.

SDL’s New Zealand business has seen a negative effect on some customer volumes as a result of COVID restrictions in Auckland. The Company’s international Software & Technology

platforms are continuing to expand, particularly in North America, although UK customer volumes remain subdued.

The Company’s FY2022 results are more heavily weighted than usual to the first half, mainly affected by the timing of several large customer projects.

SDL is maintaining its current guidance for full year FY2022 net profit after tax of around $2.5 million. Significant volatility around this range is possible and the key causes (including global health and macroeconomic risks) are outside the Company’s control.

The Company expects to report its interim result around 24 February 2022.
