Senior Management Update

7 December 2021

Solution Dynamics Limited (SDL or Company) advises a number of changes to the management team structure reporting to CEO, Patrick Brand.

Nick Williams is appointed General Manager for SDL’s APAC region including the New Zealand mail services business.

Bill Gould, based in the US, has recently joined to head International Customer Success.

David Wild will move from running the Company’s development team to leading Global Tech Support.

Hash Valabh will move to lead a Global Product Development team that now unifies development of SDL’s entire software product portfolio. Development will have a particular focus on integrating the Company’s end-to-end platform and optimising scalability.

Suzanne Watts has now commenced as CFO, replacing Chris Veale who has moved to the role of Company Secretary.

The position of International Sales manager remains open, with international sales staff continuing to report to Patrick Brand until the position is filled.
