Appointment of CFO and Company Secretary

Solution Dynamics Limited (SDL or Company) announces the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer and the addition of a Company Secretary Role.

SDL is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzanne Watts to the position of Chief Financial Officer. The Company’s current CFO, Chris Veale, will transition to the role as Company Secretary on a reduced hours basis, and will continue to provide support to SDL’s Finance team as needed.

Suzanne is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and has significant experience in business advisory, having managed complex finance functions across a diverse range of industries.

From 2017, Suzanne’s most recent role was Group Financial Controller for Agility CIS, which included oversight of SaaS (software as a service) operations and pricing models, along with international reporting and taxation.

Suzanne will commence her role at SDL on 29 November 2021.
