FY2024 Earnings Guidance

Solution Dynamics Limited (SDL or the Company) is providing FY2024 earnings guidance. The RFP process being undertaken by SDL’s largest customer has taken longer than expected and, while advanced, remains ongoing. As SDL’s FY2024 year-end approaches, any possible effect from the RFP on current year earnings has mitigated. The Company expects earnings for FY2024 to be in the range of $2.5 million to $2.9 million.
