Change of Auditor
With effect from today, Solution Dynamics Limited (NZX. SDL) has accepted the resignation of Grant Thornton as the Company's statutory auditor and has appointed Baker Tilly Staples Rodway in their place.
The decision to change is not a reflection of the quality of service provided by Grant Thornton, and the Board would like to thank it for its services and support. The decision to change auditor was driven by the decision of the Company’s Audit & Risk Committee that, after working with the same auditors since the Company was listed in 2004, it was desirable to rotate the appointment.
