SOLTEQ PLC'S NEW SHARES HAVE BEEN REGISTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Release 23.3.2012 at 9AM

The 2.849.632 new shares of Solteq Plc has been registered to the Finnish Trade
Register on March 23, 2012 regarding the directed share issue of March 20,
2012. The total number of shares in the Company after the share issue is
14.998.061. The new shares carry rights to dividends and other shareholder
rights from the date the shares are registered in the Finnish Trade Register.
The entire subscription price of the new shares will be entered into the
Company's invested unrestricted equity reserve. The company's share capital is
EUR 1.009.154,17.

The new shares will be admitted to trading on Main market of NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki Ltd on about April 5, 2012.
