PAYING SOLTEQ PLC PREVIOUS BOARD MEMBERS´FEES IN THE FORM OF SHARES HELD BY THE COMPANY

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin 4.11.2015 at 4.15 pm. Solteq Plc's Annual General Meeting decided on March 16, 2015 that the fee to Board members be paid partly in company's own shares. According to decisions taken at the Annual General Meeting, Solteq Plc has today transferred to Board members, that were elected by the Annual General Meeting March 16, 2015 and whose term of office expired on October 19, 2015, a total of 35,000 company's shares. As a result of the transfer, the parent company holds a total of 75.881 own shares and the group companies hold a total of 825.881 own shares.
