Solteq Plc has on 21.3.2018, received a notification under Chapter 9, Section 5
of the Securities Market Act, according to which the holding of Sentica Buyout
III GP Oy in Solteq Plc’s shares and votes has fallen below 25 percent. On
21.3.2018, Sentica Buyout III GP Oy’s total holding of shares amounted to 24,87
percent of Solteq Plc’s shares and votes. According to the notification, the
change in total position is due to registration of new shares into trade
register.

Sentica Buyout III Ky holds 4,621,244 shares, which represent 23,94 per
cent of all of the company’s shares and votes, and Sentica Buyout III Co
-Investment Ky holds 180,049 shares which represent 0,93 per cent of all the
shares and votes in the company, both controlled by Sentica Buyout III GP Oy.
The only general partner of Sentica Buyout III Ky and Sentica Buyout III Co
-Investment Ky is Sentica Buyout III GP Oy. Sentica Buyout III GP Oy exercises
the power of decision in the companies. The investment management functions of
both the funds have been transferred to Sentica Partners Oy based on a separate
investment management agreement.
Solteq’s registered number of shares and votes is 19,306,527. Solteq has a
single series of shares.
