DISCLOSURE OF CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange release 3.7.2015 at 4.00 pm. The board of directors of Solteq Plc (Solteq) has on 2 July 2015 decided on a directed share issue. The shares given in the directed issue were registered with the Trade Register on 3 July 2015, on which date Solteq published the amendment to the number of shares. After the share issue Solteq's registered number of shares and votes is 17,798,059. Solteq has a single series of shares. Solteq has received today a notification based on chapter 9 section 5 of the Securities Market Act from Ali U. Saadetdin, Seppo Aalto and Profiz Business Solution Corp. Also Solteq group's share of ownership of the company's shares has been amended. 1. ALI U. SAADETDIN, NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING According to the notification of major shareholding, Ali U. Saadetdin's holdings and proportion of voting rights of Solteq Plc has fallen under the 20% threshold. The amendment in share ownership is related to the registration of Solteq's new shares with the Trade Register on 3 July 2015. Ali U. Saadetdin holds 3,486,383 Solteq shares which represents 19.59 per cent. of all of the company's shares and votes after the share issue. 2. SEPPO AALTO, NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING According to the notification of major shareholding, Seppo Aalto's holdings and proportion of voting rights of Solteq Plc has fallen under the 10% threshold. The amendment in share ownership is related to the registration of Solteq's new shares with the Trade Register on 3 July 2015. Seppo Aalto holds 1,667,206 Solteq shares which represents 9.37 per cent. of all of the company's shares and votes after the share issue. 3. PROFIZ BUSINESS SOLUTION CORP., NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING According to the notification of major shareholding, Profiz Business Solution Corp.'s (Company ID number 0830732-2) holdings and proportion of voting rights of Solteq Plc has fallen under the 10% threshold. The amendment in share ownership is related to the registration of Solteq's new shares with the Trade Register on 3 July 2015. Profiz Business Solution Corp. holds 1,756,180 Solteq shares which represents 9.87 per cent. of all of the company's shares and votes after the share issue. 4. SOLTEQ GROUP The share of ownership of holdings and proportion of voting rights of Solteq Plc controlled by the company has fallen under the 5% threshold. The amendment in share ownership is related to the registration of Solteq's new shares with the Trade Register on 3 July 2015. Solteq holds directly 110.881 shares and its wholly owned subsidiaries Solteq Management Oy 400.000 shares and Solteq Management Team Oy 350.000 shares. In total, Solteq controls 860.881 company's own shares which represents 4,84 per cent. of all of the company's shares and votes after the share issue.
