SOLTEQ PLC: DISCLOSURE OF CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Solteq Plc (Solteq) has received today notification based on chapter 9 section 5
of the Securities Market Act from Seppo Aalto.
According to the notification of major shareholding, Seppo Aalto's holdings and
proportion of voting rights of Solteq Plc has fallen under the 5% threshold on 3
July 2015 due to disposal of shares. After the disposal Seppo Aalto holds
666,882 Solteq shares which represent 3.75 per cent of all of the company's
shares and votes.
Solteq's registered number of shares and votes is 17,798,059. Solteq has a
single series of shares.
