Solteq Plc STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN 8.9.2015 at 3.30 pm The boards of directors of Solteq Plc, Descom Group Ltd and Descom Ltd have prepared a plan Descom Ltd, totally owned by Descom Group Ltd, to merge with Descom Group Ltd and Descom Group Ltd, totally owned by Solteq Plc, to merge with Solteq Plc. Merger plans were entered into Finnish Trade register today 8th September 2015. The planned registration date for the implementation of the merger of Descom Ltd is 1st January 2016 and the planned registration date for the implementation of the merger of Descom Group Ltd is 2nd January 2016. The boards of directors of Solteq Plc, Solteq Management Ltd and Solteq Management Team Ltd have prepared a plan Solteq Management Ltd and Solteq Management Team Ltd, totally owned subsidiaries of Solteq Plc, to merge with the parent company. Merger plans were entered into Finnish Trade register today 8th September 2015. The planned registration date for the implementation of the merger is 31st December 2015. The purpose of mergers is to simplify the structure of Solteq Group.
