Solteq has repurchased and cancelled bonds

Solteq Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin 21.12.2016 at 1.30 pm Solteq Plc has repurchased bonds that it issued on 1 July 2015. The acquired bonds have been cancelled. The repurchases were carried out on market terms in the open market. The par value of the bonds repurchased and cancelled by the company amounts to 2.5 million and is about 9.3 percent of the total value of the issued bonds. The purchases were carried out to reduce the company’s interest costs.
