Changes in Solteq Plc's Executive Team

Stock Exchange Bulletin, November 9, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.

VP of People and Culture of Solteq Plc and a member of the Executive Team, Kirsi Jalasaho, has announced her resignation to assume a new position outside of Solteq. Jalasaho will continue in her current position and as a member of the Executive Team until the end of January 2023. The company will at once start a process for finding a new VP of People and Culture.

"I wish to express, on behalf of the entire company, my gratitude to Kirsi for her significant contribution to the development of human resources administration and taking care of our employees. I wish for her all the best in the future," concludes Aarne Aktan, CEO of Solteq Plc.

Kirsi Jalasaho has acted as the company's VP of People and Culture since 2017 and as a member of the Executive Team since 2015.

"It has been a pleasure working with the Solteqians, but now it is time for something new. Going forward, I will cherish the memories we made together," summarizes Kirsi Jalasaho.
