Kari Lehtosalo appointed as Interim CEO of Solteq Plc
Solteq Plc's Board of Directors has appointed Kari Lehtosalo (born 1972) as Interim CEO starting from February 1, 2022. MBA Kari Lehtosalo has worked as the company's CFO and member of the Executive Team since September 2019. Lehtosalo will take on the duties of CEO temporarily – in addition to his CFO duties.
Solteq announced on October 1, 2021, that the current CEO, Olli Väätäinen, will resign his duties at the end of January 2022.
The CEO recruitment process is proceeding as planned, and the Board of Directors aims to appoint the new CEO by the end of February 2022. Lehtosalo will be the Interim CEO until the appointment of the new CEO.
