Update on the recruitment process of Solteq Plc’s CEO

The recruitment process of Solteq Plc’s new CEO has been updated, and the Board
of Directors aims to appoint the new CEO by the end of March 2022. Previously,
in the stock exchange bulletin issued on January 14, 2022, the company estimated
to make an announcement of a new CEO by the end of February 2022. The company's
Interim CEO Kari Lehtosalo will continue in his position until further notice.
