Solteq Plc: Change in the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors

Solteq Plc's Audit Committee of the Board of Directors has been reorganized by
the appointment of Mika Sutinen as a member of the committee. Going forward, the
Audit Committee is organized as following:

•    Mika Sutinen, Chairman of the Audit Committee
•    Katarina Segerståhl, member of the Audit Committee
•    Markku Pietilä, member of the Audit Committee

The Audit Committee consists of one member independent of the company and two
members independent of the company and its significant shareholders.

The change in the Audit Committee is took place as Aarne Aktan resigned from the
Board of Directors on July 1, 2022, as he assumed the role of CEO of the
company.
