Solteq Plc: Change in the Board of Directors

Solteq Plc’s board member Mika Uotila has notified of his resignation from the
Board of Directors today. The resignation is effective immediately. Managing
Partner of Sentica Partners Oy Mika Uotila has served as a member of Solteq’s
Board of Directors since 2015. Sentica sold its shareholdings of Solteq Plc on
May 12, 2021.

Solteq Plc expresses its deepest gratitude for Uotila’s significant contribution
to the development of the company. After Uotila’s resignation, Solteq Plc’s
Board of Directors consist of five members.
